(*1) The Major 21 Hotels with Variable Rent, etc. are The Eleven HMJ Hotels plus ibis Tokyo Shinjuku, ibis Styles Kyoto Station, ibis Styles Sapporo, Mercure Sapporo, Mercure Okinawa Naha, Mercure Yokosuka, the b ikebukuro, the b hachioji, the b hakata and the b suidobashi.
(*2) Sales are only from hotels and exclude rent from non-hotel tenants.
(*3) ADR (Average Daily Rate): Total rooms revenue for a certain period (including service charges) is divided by the total number of rooms sold during the period.
As for the service charge, Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, Oriental Hotel tokyo bay, Namba Oriental Hotel, Hotel Nikko Alivila, Oriental Hotel Hiroshima, Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa, Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel, International Garden Hotel Narita, Hotel Nikko Nara and Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station request 10%, Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport requests 12%, and Hilton Tokyo Odaiba requests 13%. Holiday Inn Osaka Namba, ibis Tokyo Shinjuku, ibis Styles Kyoto Station, ibis Styles Sapporo, Mercure Sapporo, Mercure Okinawa Naha, Mercure Yokosuka, the b ikebukuro, the b hachioji, the b hakata, the b suidobashi and Hotel Oriental Express Osaka Shinsaibashi do not request service charges.
(*4) Occupancy rate is rounded off to the first decimal place. ADR and RevPAR are rounded off to the nearest whole number. Sales are rounded off to the nearest million yen.
(*5) Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station is not included in the Eleven HMJ Hotels, as the major renovation implemented from October 2018 through the early April 2019. But the track record of the hotel is disclosed.

(*) Other hotels are 10 hotels which exclude the Eleven HMJ Hotels from the Major 21 Hotels with Variable Rent, etc.
(*) The previous owners, etc. of Hotel Oriental Express Osaka Shinsaibashi did not agree with disclosure of numerical value. Therefore, fluctuation compared with the same month last year and fluctuation of the cumulative total compared with last year are not disclosed.
