(*1) At the time of incorporation of JHR, investment units were issued with an issue price per unit of \500,000.
(*2) New investment units were issued through public offering with an issue price per unit of \480,000 (subscription price of \463,200) in order to raise funds for the acquisition of new properties, etc.
